We are searching for our first full-time team member!

Job Details:

+/- 40 Hour Week with optional overtime 

Schedule will reflect the needs of the customer (No night shift)

Team member will be trained in multiple areas of work within the residential construction field. No day will be the same.

This individual will work directly with the Owner of the business. 

This position will lead to future Operations Manager position upon successful training.

Four Stage Hiring Process

1. Virtual meeting
2. Meet and Greet (informal)
3. Formal Interview
4. Join the Owner and his family for final acceptance over dinner

Requirements:

Must possess valid drivers license

Must submit resume (below)

Will be subject to reoccurring drug/background test

Will be subject to signing a non-compete form applicable to local area upon hire
